• Customer: From your initial inquiry to collection, we make selling your stairlift simple and stress-free.
• Used Stairlift: Our team will pick up your stairlift at no cost to you, anywhere in the UK.

To sell your used stairlift to us, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have the legal right to sell the stairlift.
• Ensure that the stairlift is free from liens, encumbrances, or third-party claims.

4.1. Initial Valuation

Customers may receive an estimated valuation based on the information provided via our online form or telephone consultation. This valuation is subject to change following a physical inspection of the stairlift.

4.2. Inspection

We will arrange for an inspection of the stairlift to verify its condition, age, model, and functionality. Following the inspection, a final offer will be made.

4.3. Final Offer

The final offer is valid for 7 days from the date it is made unless otherwise specified. If the offer is not accepted within this period, it may be subject to revision.

5.1. Collection Arrangements

Once the final offer is accepted, we will arrange a suitable date and time for the collection of the stairlift.

5.2. Removal Process

Our team will professionally remove the stairlift from your property. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure safe and unhindered access to the stairlift for removal purposes.

6.1. Payment Terms

Payment will be made to the customer within 5 business days of successful collection and inspection of the stairlift. Payments will be processed via bank transfer unless otherwise agreed.

6.2. Discrepancies

If discrepancies are found between the information provided by the customer and the actual condition of the stairlift, we reserve the right to adjust or rescind the final offer.

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about the stairlift.
• Notify us of any modifications, defects, or issues with the stairlift.
• Ensure that the stairlift is accessible for inspection and removal.

We are not responsible for:

• Damage to property caused by removal of the stairlift unless caused by our negligence.
• Losses resulting from inaccuracies in the information provided by the customer.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

Customers may cancel the agreement to sell the stairlift at any time prior to collection. Once collection has occurred, the sale is final.
